An ultra-low-Dk, ultra-low-loss laminate with a Dk of approximately 2.35 and a Df of approximately 0.0015. It is suitable for high-frequency, high-power RF applications, including radar, X/Ku/Ka-band RF systems, HPA/SSPA, wireless power transfer (WPT), and PA/RF modules.
